Příhrazské skály rocks

This nature reserve with its characteristic complex of rock towns lies on the edge of the Mužský plateau. The dominant feature of the rock town is the bizarre Mare’s Head rock formation. Carved into the stone of the rock town is an oratory known as Hynšta, which during the 17th century served as a refuge by the persecuted Czech Brethren. There are also the remains of castles dating from the 13th century
