The large rock town at Prachov Rocks consists of a great many high, relatively slender sandstone towers. It offers some beautiful classic climbing routes in its walls, crevices and chimneys. The routes vary widely in difficulty, are fairly easily accessible, and there are plenty of options for refreshments. The sandstone at Prachov Rocks is relatively firm, and so climbers can use really small foot screws and holds. The rock is solid, relatively easy to grip and has belaying points reasonable distances apart. The problem here is the sheer number of tourists in such a small area, and so climbers who prefer quiet rocks tend to go elsewhere.
