This region lies to the north of Jetřichovické stěny rocks and extends as far as the Křinice stream, marking the state border; in the west it connects to the Bohemian Highway running from Vysoká Lípa to the former village of Zadní Jetřichovice, to the Vysoká Lípa region and, in the north, neighbours the Kyjov Valley. The rock towers and massifs are scattered across the rocky ridges and in the ravines of this vast complex. The towers, which are not very high, are soft sandstone. Due to strictly protected fauna, in the spring and summer climbing is limited to a zone of about 1 km alongside Křinice.
The natural starting point is Na Tokáni, a former hunting lodge. The best way to access the western part is from the Bohemian Highway (from the pub by the Vysoká Lípa bus stop); you can get to the northern part from Doubice.
